Basic Drop Off Service
We set it up…you serve it up.
You provide the tables and we’ll set up your Bar-B-Q spread complete with a red & white checkered tablecloth. All service items including serving spoons and tongs are yours to keep. Chafing racks and canned heat are available at an additional cost (recommended if you are
serving longer than 45 minutes).

Full Service
We set it up, serve it up & clean it up.
Lester’s provides a server(s)* to set-up and serve your buffet and keep it freshly stocked so you can enjoy your party. We also provide chafing dishes** to keep your food at the proper temperature for extended serving times. One server is recommended for every 50 guests. Please provide adequate tables for us to set up your buffet.
* Prices for servers start at $120 each for a minimum of 3 hours at your event.
Each additional hour is charged at $30 per server.
** A flat rate of $50 is charged for chafing dishes and consumable service items.

Cook-On-Site Service
We grill it, set it up, serve it up & clean it up.
After our St. Louis Ribs and Chicken are smoked in our pit we grill them to perfection at your site on our wood-fired charcoal grill. Additional menu items including cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, brats and sausage are also available…just ask. Prices for cook-on-site service start at $500 (in addition to the per person menu price) and include one of our pit-bosses and one server*. Larger parties may require additional servers and staff. 72 hour notice is required for all cook-on-sites. 50 person minimum.
* Prices for servers start at $150 each for a minimum of 4 hours at your event.
Each additional hour is charged at $38 per server.
