Lester's provides all disposable items including a tablecloth for the buffet table, plastic serving utensils, plates, cutlery kits & wet naps. Disposal chafing racks available at additional cost....we recommend these if you are serving longer than 30 minutes.

Full service is for parties of 25 people or more
Lester's will provide a server to set-up, serve from the buffet and keep your food freshly stocked for all to enjoy. We also include stainless steel chaffing dishes to keep you hot food items warm for extended serving times.
One server is required for every 50 guests. Servers will also clean up the buffet after service. Prices start at $80 each for a minimum of four hours (travel time included). Each additional hour is charged at $20 per server. There is an additional charge of $35 for chafing dishes and canned heat. If you need tents, tables chairs or other party equipment we can recommend vendors. Lester's does not serve beer, wine or alcohol at catered events.

COOK-ON-SITE SERVICE. We grill it, set it up, serve it up & clean it up.
Lester's pit boss brings his charcoal wood grill and finishes your Bar-B-Q Ribs and Chicken to perfection!
Custom menus including hamburgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs are available...ask one of our catering experts!

Prices for cook-on-site start at $350 and include one of our pit-bosses and one server for up to four hours. Over four hours add an additional $45 per hour. Larger parties may require additional servers at $20 per hour.
